Dr Jim Kriechbaum
Jim trained at Auckland Medical School graduating in 1985. He then worked in Paediatrics and Obstetrics both in N.Z. and then UK. On returning to NZ, he completed the GP Training Programme and has been in General Practice since 1990, establishing this practice in 1993. He really enjoys working alongside patients and helping them with a wide variety of health needs. He is passionate about providing quality healthcare in the community and is always striving to improve the service the practice offers to our patients. "It is a privilege to be involved with families over a long period and frequently over a number of generations".

Dr Martin Ng
Martin was born in Malaysia, trained at Auckland Medical School and graduated in 1996. He then worked at various hospitals in Auckland for 3 years. Following that, he completed the GP Registrar programme over a year and has been in General Practice since. Martin joined the practice in 2001.

Dr Soshamma George
Soshamma graduated from CMC Vellore in India and then specialised in Dermatology with with a Diploma and an MD from Madras University. She spent 2 years in the UK as a Dermatology registrar working at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. She worked as a clinician and teacher in a medical college & hospital and had 27 published papers until she moved to NZ. She has worked as a General Practitioner in NZ since 2003, taking the PRIMEX exam in General Practice in 2004 and has completed her fellowship in 2007. Her special interests include Dermatology, Venereology and Women's Health.

Dr Kirsty Good
Kirsty trained at Auckland Medical School, graduating in 2003. She worked in Auckland and Sydney, and spent time in Emergency Medicine before starting the General Practice Training Programme in 2007. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine.

Dr Janine Bycroft
Janine trained at Otago Medical School and graduated in 1990. She completed the GP Training Programme in 1994 and then further studies in Public Health in 2004. She works part time at the practice and keeps busy with roles in a PHO and leading a charitable trust. She enjoys the variety her multiple roles provide and has special interest in quality improvement, long-term conditions, shared care, child health and e-health.

Dr Hsin-Yao Chang
Hsin-Yao originally trained as a pharmacist before completing his medical training in 2014. He enjoys the diversity encountered in general practice and takes great satisfaction in working with patients to enhance their understanding of their medications.

Dr Kee Ping Lim
Kee is a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner with over 10 years of practice in the medical field. Originally from Malaysia, he came to New Zealand in 2009 and completed his medical degree from the University of Auckland. He has worked as a GP in Hamilton and various parts of Auckland over the years, serving people of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
Joining Mt Wellington Family Health Centre in spring 2024, Kee brings his vast knowledge and expertise in various medical areas. His core of practice is based on preventative medicine. He has special interest in general dermatology.
Kee is fluent in both English and Mandarin, ensuring effective communication with a diverse range of patients. His passion and commitment to healthcare make him a wonderful addition to the team.

Meet Tara, our Lead Nurse who brings over a decade of nursing expertise from New Zealand. Trained in China, her fluency in Mandarin allows for exceptional care and communication within our diverse patient community. Tara is dedicated to delivering compassionate and personalised patient care.

Florence is a skilled Registered Nurse known for her professionalism. She is committed to providing top-notch care and ensuring patient well-being. Florence’s approach ensures that every patient feels supported and cared for during their healthcare journey.
Sevita
Sevita is an experienced Registered Nurse who provides exceptional patient care. Her strong clinical skills and nurturing nature make her a trusted member of our team. Sevita is committed to ensuring every patient receives the highest quality care.
Regila
Regila is one of our distinguished Senior Nurses, bringing an impressive 20 years of experience, primarily within cardiothoracic units. Her love for gardening mirrors her nurturing personality, which she applies to her warm approach to patient care. Known for her gentle touch and unwavering kindness, Regila is a valued and trusted member of our healthcare team.

Jamie is known for her robust background in nursing and unwavering commitment to patient health. she ensures every patient receives exceptional care and comfort in a professional demeanor making her an invaluable asset to our team
Vivian
Vivian is our Healthcare Assistant who has a strong commitment to patient care. She has extensive experience supporting healthcare professionals. In addition to her healthcare duties, she also helps out in the reception team, always going above and beyond to meet patients' needs.

Priyanki
Clinical Pharmacist
Priyanki completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy in 2021 and brings experience from both community and hospital pharmacy settings. She's here to support you with your medication regime, ensuring you get the most out of your medications. Her services are free.
Tori
Health Coach
Tori initially trained as a Physiotherapist, working in the public sector before focusing on her family. Recently, she completed studies in Public Health and Health Promotion. Here at the clinic, Tori works as a Health Coach, empowering individuals and families to find ways to improve their health and well-being. She can help with managing weight loss, pre-diabetes, diabetes, and other long-term health concerns. This service is free and can be done in person or by phone!
Jessica
Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP)
Jessica is our Health Improvement Practitioner (HIP). She is an Occupational Therapist by profession with a background in mental health. HIPs work with anyone who might be feeling a bit stuck with their mental health, physical health or life circumstances. Things often discussed include sleep problems, relationship difficulties, low mood, anxiety, di/stress, adjusting to life change or addiction challenges.
Outside of work, you will find her spending time with her loved ones at a cafe, in nature or with animals.
Gino
Extended Care Paramedic
Born in the Philippines but raised in West Auckland, Gino graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Paramedicine in 2014. Since then, he's worked as a frontline Ambulance Officer with St John and upskilled to become an Extended Care Paramedic in 2022. Gino also completed his Masters Degree at AUT while working in various Clinical Support and Education roles. He joins us with a passion for emergency medicine, acute care, cardiology, wound care, and patient education. Gino is trained to assess and manage patients of all ages.
